Da1000 - "Tell No Other Man" (Christina Aguilera vs. Supermode)

I've just released my second single from my first mash-up album Future Sound Booster. Following The Pussycat Dolls vs. Pakito comes Christina Aguilera's hit single Ain't No Other Man with Supermode's Tell Me Why. This is actually my cover version of the same mash-up by DJ Drop Bass named Tell Me Why There's No Other Man. Basically I took is idea and made my own version reworking the songs in a different way. So I guess this is calling covering... The video was quite easy to handle, and I think the final product looks just fine. There's more videos coming up, and you can look for new tracks from my album being leaked here.

Amerie vs. Faith Evans - "1 Like This" (DJ Nicky T Remix)

This is another video Da1000 Production. I took one of my favurite mash-ups around and made it a video. DJ Nicky T perfectly mashed up Amerie's biggest hit to date 1 Thing, with Faith Evans funky classic Love Like This. One of the funkiest mash-ups ever, 1 Like This (titled by me) could be a great hit if it was released if you ask me... The quality of Faith's video wasn't that good, so her parts in the mash-up video are a bit LQ. But judge for yourself :D

Da1000 - "Living On Buttons" (The Pussycat Dolls vs. Pakito)

After premiering the first taste of my mash-up album two months ago, it's time to present you the official first single from Future Sound Booster. The album features popular dance tracks, mashed-up with the acapella versions of today's most popular hits. For the first single I've used french DJ Pakito's hit single Living On Video and mashed it with The Pussycat Dolls' fourth single from their debut album PCD, Buttons. Culminating on a 3:20 minutes wonder bootleg, Living On Buttons was actually one of the easier to produce. Nevertheless, it's the one that is more catchy and addictive. The video was also very fun to make, altough it turned out a bit Low Quality-ish in the end, mainly because of one of the programs I use to make videos (Honestech that is) and YouTube's uploading system (which is not that good by the way). Since Viacom International has been removing some of my videos from my YouTube account, I added a disclaimer on the video. The video is for promo use only, period. A second single is being chosen, and the video for it will be on the making soon, so expect a new premiere soon :D... It all comes down to this in the end : I really hope you all like it, cuz this one means really something to me, and besides that, have fun!

I See You Baby

It's been a while since I last posted a Da1000 Productions video (apart from the Start Me Up videos), and I've decided to post this one. I made it and uploaded it to YouTube on October, but never got to post it on the blog. And so it's time. I first heard this mash-up when I was looking for bootlegs and got to Smash's website. From the tracks I've downloaded from there, this one proved to be a favourite and when I started to make some videos, I decided that it deserved a good video. And so I did. Featuring Beyoncé's Crazy In Love video only, the mash-up contains a sample of Saliva's Click Click BOOM!, the instrumental of Groove Armada's classic I See You Baby, and obviously Beyoncé's singing skills, as well as Jay-Z rapping. A great tune, and a good video ;) Enjoy!

Same Déjà Vu & U

Hey there! Today I'll post about another mash-up. This time though, not mine. It's Till West & DJ Delicious vs. Cassie & Jay-Z. Dance hit Same Man gets mashed with Cassie's Me & U, and Jay-Z's verses from Beyoncé's Déjà Vu. And who's the brain behind all this? DJ Nicky T. This guy has been mashing some great things, combining either Dance tracks with Hip Hop and R'n'B or Rock with Pop. You can find the available for download track on his own page. There, you'll find Hip Hop & R'n'B / Commercial Remixes, Disco / Funk Remixes,House / Electro Remixes or Rock Remixes. I seriously recommend him cuz what he does is just great ;) For now, enjoy his own remix of Till West vs. Cassie & Jay-Z.

I Swear It's Buttons Baby

I've been becoming a DJ lately... Pretty soon, besides my VJing, you'll be able to also listen to my DJing. Been making some mash-ups, some are quite good, while some are real shit. LOL. Now I made this one right here, before I started to really work on my mashes. I was really just playing with my computer, and this happened! When I listen to it for the first time, I kinda liked how Beyoncé's singing kinda connected with the Pussycat Dolls' beat. And after that, it stayed a bit forgotten on my pc, but then again, I decided that I had nothing more to do than to make it a video. And so I did. Based purely on Beyoncé's Déjà Vu video, we can also spot some Pussycat Dolls' appearances. I guess, this is my official mash-up, though it's nothing special... New things will come soon, so keep checking this out... Enjoy, and gimme some feedback ;)

Keeping You Warm

After a two post-break from my own productions, I come up with another one. I was once looking for mash-ups online, when this one came to me. At first it didn't seduced me to download it, but I decided to take a chance at it. Glad I did. This is one of the best mash-ups I've ever listened to. Putting together the vocals of one of my favourite songs of far, with the beats of a dance classic, Divide+Kreate really got me into them. This is not the only great mash-up they have, they know what they do. For real. If you're not convinved, go here : Divide + Kreate. It's been a while since I first got this track, but when I (finally!) got Sean Paul's video as well as Yazoo's (known simply as Yaz in the U.S.), I got to make this bootleg a video! And so, I did. Temperature is now live on YouTube mashing it up with Don't Go. Anyway, here's my video to Divide + Kreate's

Writing a Symphony...

I was once surfin' the net when I found this really cool remix of Justin's My Love. It sounded so cool, basically the beats of the original song, but with a dance club feeling, it makes you feel like floating... at least that's the feeling I get from it. I really dig the album version of My Love, but this is a remix that has to be shown to the world. Unfortunatly it's not the official remix to the song (Paul Oakenfold's is), and it's not even featured on any B-Side's for the single release, so I took the liberty to take My Love's Isabel Y Decibel Bootleg Mix and make it a video. Hitting the 1910 views on YouTube so far (must confess I expected a little bit more feedback - it ranks only #5 on all my 13 videos' views chart), this version of the song can also be found on The Hype Machine by searching "Justin Timberlake". This version needs more hype!
My Love's is Timberlake's current single, and it's already rumoured that both LoveStoned and What Goes Around...
will be the next two singles of his FutureSex/LoveSounds album. Both tracks are 5 stars, but personally I would like What Goes Around... to be released before LoveStoned but this one is pointed to be released first because of Timberlake's medley performance on the 2006 MTV Europe Music Awards, on which LoveStoned was featured instead of the other track.
Anyway, here's Da1000 Productions' video to Justin Timberlake Ft. T.I. - My Love (Isabel Y Decibel Bootleg Mix)

What's New, Pussycat?

The burlesque dance troupe based on Las Vegas, turned into a pop recording group and took the world by storm...

"Don't Cha", their first world wide hit, is nowadays known by pretty much everyone, as well as the follow up singles "Stickwitu", "Beep" and "Buttons"... recently, these Pussycats released two brand new singles : "I Don't Need a Man" over Europe, and "Wait a Minute" on the U.S.. It is said that if "Wait a Minute" does well, their 6th european release "I Don't Need a Man" will also become a single on the American ground. And one last rumour says that "How Many Times, How Many Lies" can become the final single for "PCD", with their concerts' footage as the official music video. Either way, I've made them a new video back in late September, using Aggro1's mashing-up of "Don't Cha" with Fischerspooner's "Happy".
I present you The Pussycat Dolls vs. Fischerspooner - "Don't Cha Be Happy"...

And also a treat : The Pussycat Dolls' videography...
