Follow up video to
Fergalicious has been released.
Glamorous features
Ludacris and is set to reach the top of the charts. Now we all know
Fergie is better off with the
Black Eyed Peas, but she's not that bad by herself. Third single from
The Dutchess proves it. The track screams glamour all over... Well... maybe because its instrumental was meant to
Gwen Stefani's
Luxurious.
Pollow Da Don offered it to
Gwen, but she turned it down thinking it was too slow. The rap part by
Ludacris was recorded when he released this instrumental on one of his mixtapes calling it his remix for
Gwen's
Luxurious. Later when
Fergie was working with
Pollow on her solo album, he offered her the track. She took it calling it
Glamorous, having now a similarity with
Gwen's
Luxurious on the lyrics. The track is really good, and it's a good third single. The video follows the song,
Fergie reminisces her years before fame while she's "living the life" on her private airplane. There's also a 1920s inspired theme when
Ludacris appears. Enjoy!
